Boosting Women's Healthcare through Strategic Partnerships

Eluvo is redefining women’s healthcare in the Philippines through its integrated Talk, Test, and Treat model—combining digital and in-clinic services for seamless, high-quality care. Founded by Dr. Carol Olivarez, Eluvo aims to expand its B2B network by partnering with HMOs and corporations as part of employee wellness initiatives. To support this growth efficiently, Eluvo partnered with Groteam to lead strategic outreach and partnership development.

Results:

Our team successfully facilitated 7 exploratory discussions between Eluvo and several HMOs for potential partnerships. One of these conversations, specifically with Philcare, one of the biggest HMOs in the Philippines, has already resulted in a confirmed collaboration.

On the corporate side, we connected Eluvo with 6 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for initial partnership conversations. Additionally, we invited 22 companies to participate in the webinar, further expanding Eluvo’s visibility and engagement within the business community particularly people heads and HR leaders.

Through strategic outreach and targeted partnerships, GroTeam successfully boosted Eluvo’s visibility and B2B pipeline. This collaboration laid the groundwork for scalable growth in women-focused healthcare across Philippine enterprises.
