HOW WE WORK

1. Discovery Call

We find out where we can add value to your business the most. Here we will understand your business model, current performance, business goals, and current capacity so we con explore how we can help you in the best way possible.

2. Curation

We will curate services based on our strategy call, and work within a realistic budget. For social media, for example, you can opt to include just copy and creatives, or may include a full scope including handling customer inquiries, creating ad campaigns, etc. It's totally up to you and what your small business needs!

3. Onboarding

We're your extended team, literally. Different BAs may be assigned depending on the services needed as they all have different skill sets and expertise. As your Online Business Managers, we are the ones accountable to you and we'll be the ones driving results within the team.

4. Our fees

Our fees are monthly retainer fees within a scope of services instead of an hourly based fee, which can be more expensive or have hidden costs

5. Results

All services are designed to get you the results you need based or goals we will define together. We pivot or change people assigned to you when necessary, to make sure you get what you need
